The journey starts on small farms across Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Honduras and Guatemala. We work directly with farmers and a handful of importers – fairly paid, long-term, transparent and sustainable. We don’t buy off the shelf; instead, we allocate limited micro-lots rather than sourcing from bulk wholesale.

Purchasing and roasting come from a single source. Every release is cupped and each profile finely tuned. Light roasts preserve florals and depth; espressos retain body and sweetness – without bitterness. The result is gentle, expressive and recognisable.
Exclusive and reliable.
We work in small batches and secure them continuously. The selection rotates seasonally but the quality remains: the same stature and calibre, day after day. Our core varieties are micro-lots that are available only via our signature offering, while limited editions showcase rare batches that are available only for a short time. This creates genuine exclusivity without leaving availability to chance.
